Natalie VanDomelen

Natalie was born and raised in the Portland Metro area. After graduating from OSU, she started her career in marketing. She loves working with multiple companies to bring their visions to life, be it dark and moody or bright and fresh!

Natalie is constantly inspired by new trends in social media marketing, learning how to adapt & best cater to the needs of an ever-evolving industry. 

Outside of work, Natalie loves adventure and seeking thrills, from scary movies to roller coasters, fast cars and more.

Joe Buck

Joe grew up in Lake Oswego working in his family’s local restaurant from a young age and now operates several local brands. In addition to his passion for food and service, he is highly engaged in the community through local government and nonprofit advocacy work. With small business hospitality in his blood, Joe founded Lily to help other local businesses authentically engage with their guests and showcase the amazing talents of their teams
